Seven student officers run the club, with guidance from our adult Club Counselor. Officers serve one-year terms, so this page changes every year.

President
Leads the club, runs every meeting and works with the library and Toastmasters.
Vice President Education
Plans the speaking schedule, assigns roles and pairs new members with mentors.
Vice President Membership
Welcomes guests, keeps the roster and follows up with every visitor.
Vice President Public Relations
Runs our Instagram, flyers and community outreach.
Secretary
Keeps the minutes and the official club records.
Treasurer
Manages club funds and leads fundraising for our annual Toastmasters fee.
Sergeant at Arms
Sets up the room, looks after club materials and greets every guest.
Club Counselor
Our adult advisor. Supports the officers and oversees club business.
Want to lead?
Officers are elected every May.
Any active member can run for office. Elections are held at the first meeting in May, and new officers start on July 1.
Every member also leads during meetings by taking roles like Toastmaster of the day, Table Topics Master or Evaluator. That's often the best preparation for running for office.
